Not bad. I'd give it a 6.5 With room to improve. Its just the pilot. Its really just to give the viewer an introduction to the characters and basic story. Give it a couple of episodes and I think we will see the de-evolution of man and society in all its glory. Could you imagine the charlie foxtrot LA would be during SHTF?

I sat down to watch it and about a third of the way thru left to check email during a commercial break and got distracted and didn't get back until it was almost over. Not impressed at all, think I'll pass on that one. Too much huggy feely and not nearly enough scares, plus I just couldn't work up a give-a-crap for the characters.

I hope they replay the first episode next week like they do with Walking Dead so I can watch it. Eight o'clock is too late for me, they need to change the time slot.

Just put in your blank VHS cartridge tape into your dynamic 1984 VHS player and program it (you'll have to push buttons on the machine. They didn't have remotes yet). Oh you'll have to figure out how to set the clock first. (Isn't that flashing button irritating). Set it to record, change your TV to A/V1 and put it on channel 3. Then the next morning you can watch it while drinking that Cajun coffee. :-) You're welcome. I'm just like the government. I'm just here to help

I have one question: What's a VHS player?

Remember!
As I said before
All you have to do is watch the pilot, then episode #1, then watch the last episode and you will know everything that happened the whole season
no soap operas for me thank you, regardless of the subject matter or lack of

In Case The Zombies Get You…Death Preparedness Death is not a pleasant eventuality to prepare for and many of us try not to think about it. Still it is one of the most important possibilities to prepare for. Not preparing leaves other people to decide what will happen to your body, children, pets, and possessions. Preparing for death is not just a depressing preparation for your demise. It can also ensure that your golden years stay yours instead of being hijacked by the medical system or well meaning relatives. more here (sorry couldn't resist the hijack) thesurvivalmom.com/death-information-preppers/

Well guess what played tonight at 11:00, a repeat of the Fear the Walking Dead. I think I'm gonna stick it out, much better than watching which Kardashian still has real body parts or how much less clothing they'll be not wearing for their next picture shoots.

I liked the second episode. Everything is falling apart and its interesting to see the societal dynamic I agree. Watching how they get out of the city should be interesting. I'm glad they aren't dragging their feet on the shtf. I was worried they'd take forever building story line and people would lose interest. Any money on whether or not they try and pick up the chunky kid on the way out?

I liked the second episode. Everything is falling apart and its interesting to see the societal dynamic Well said. Some people who shall remain nameless call it a soap opera. But you know what, little old me and a few others watch these programs and actually pull ideas from them which I for one didn't learn in any survival school or military training. And no, you can't watch the first episode, then the last episode and know what happened in between to make my point. Insane, to answer your question, the kid knew a lot about what was happening before many others and was stockpiling and carried his knife wherever he went. I say they're gonna bring him with them. ADD ON: As always this is my take on it as we are all entitled to our own opinions.
