Since I bought my fieldline backpack I've had the chance to use it several times. For what it was made for it does a great job. The main compartment has plenty of room for your gear. But the thing I like best about this pack. Easy organization of your gear, a big plus when deciding how to load your pack. Plenty of pockets, loops and d rings, home for all your gear. Lets not get to carried away here it does have it's limitations. If you are looking for a pack to carry gear for more then three days, this is not the pack for you. If what your looking for is a weekender or three day pack at the most, it's a great pack. I'm very happy with my purchase...OT

From what I see a hammock is the best way to go when camping. Keeps my butt off the ground and with a top and bottom blanket, will keep you warm in cool weather.....OT
