Orange is not required here in NH. I usually wear it anyway though. Camo from my feet to my neck, orange hat. They may not be color blind but I manage to get a deer every year and I feel safer in the woods. You never know what whako out there is just going to shoot at movement. I hear a story like that every year. I suppose in a tree you are less likely to get shot, but I generally hunt the ground.
We are quickly becoming Mass. I'm afraid. Though there is not a seatbelt requirement here and if you want to ride your motorcycle without a helmet, you are free to do so. Also no income or sales tax. So things could always be worse.....
