I rarely take occasion to brag... But I was bragging to my husband last night about how much I paid for our defenses and how much they are "worth" right now. The ROI us impressive for sure. I totally agree this is NOT the time to buy guns or ammo. Buy food or other preps.
As a side note silver is below $30 an ounce today. I think I'll go pick up a few ounces tomorrow...

Agree on the shotgun. Friend and i were talking last week. Shotty and .22 and you're good to go around here. Biggest problem is shotgun shells are quite bulky. Friend had just purchased a couple of bandolier's. I'm thinking now . . . food, food and more food. Have been for a while now. This is even XM855, not "Mil-Spec" M855. It's all good Ammo for sure. But WOW, it's getting high. If you see where something says "out of stock", don't worry about looking back to "In Stock" status for months. It's over, gone, dun, and you might as well forget about it. It's too late now. WC |

I agree, there wont be any guns back on the market for awhile now. The price gouging is outrageous. Saw a Surefire 60rd on a website for $249!!!  The 100 rd version was $350. Dat gum! The only thing that frustrates me is the bullets for reloading are drying up too. That is what I wish I had stocked up on now. Got a ton of brass laying dormant for now. Oh well, at least I was able to get an order in with my buddy for 2k rds worth of 223. Here is the thing, apparently the guy in CT used handguns did not actually use his rifle?? There are still a ton of handguns out there and those along with the mags are on the chopping block too. As for me, I have enough guns and ammo per sae, so maybe its time to put some more rice in the mylar.... |
