If anyone's looking for AR mags I found a couple sources I'm willing to disclose. PM me for the sources. ..................................... I received my third back order from Brownells today. The first two were 30 round magazines, this last order is for 20 round mags. Keep in mind that Brownells is still accepting back orders for their own 30 round mags at $10.99 each in packs of 10. I am a fan of Magpul polymer, but these steel mags are great. Can't see paying more unless someone really needs them tomorrow. Marc I like Brownells myself, and the backorder status often depends on just how backordered so-so product is. For instance right before the real panic buying hit their DPMS lowers were backordered by about 75. In contrast their front sight bench blocks tend to restock in 1-2 weeks after being in backorder status. I find it's all in the type of product you're looking for. I also know that what I consider to be reasonable prices tend to be x-dollars higher than what most folks on here would consider to be reasonable (based on past posts). No offense to anyone, of course. Part of that is me living in a high-cost state, so higher prices seem pretty normal to me. Whatever the case I try to go off of the MSRP if I can find it. If not then I compare to local prices. If it's around local price or only just a little higher, then it's in my reasonable range. If it's significantly higher, then forget it. It's a deal in a handbasket for me if the price is lower than local and/or MSRP.

I don't suppose anyone has an AR lower blueprint? I got a couple off the net, but they are seriously lacking dimensions.

Thanks. Definitely one of the better one's I've seen. I wish I had a video camera. I'd record my progress on this project.

I don't know if this is an add-on thread or not, and since I'm assuming it is, here goes......
Anyone else on their feet all day on concrete? And if so, any suggestions on shoe inserts for cushioning? I'm considering going back to my old standby Spenco, but if anyone has a better idea I'm all ears?!

Concrete floors can be many different professions.

I did walk on concrete flooring for many years. Didn't use shoe inserts but always made it a point to buy Air Nikes. They were my salvation against leg cramping and vericose veins. My niece works in a hospital and her mom manages a preschool and it's Nikes for them too. Hope this helps. Of course if you wear a suit and tie this isn't appropo.

I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction to buy a mobile solar battery charger. It doesn't need to have 100 features to charge every kind of electronic there is out there. Just something for household batteries, especially double and triple A's. If it charges other batteries even better. Too, one that charges more than two batteries in a couple of hours. There are many on the market but I have no idea which ones to trust for reliability.

I'm a machinist and on concrete 12-16 hours a day. I literally feel your pain. I've tried Redwing, Timberland, chippewa, carolina and a few others that escape my memory. I bought a lot of mats and stand on them whenever I can. In addition to that, I buy Merrell shoes. I prefer the jungle mocs because I'm too fat and lazy to tie my shoes. In addition to those, I add gel inserts. Also, if you can afford it, buy 2 pairs and alternate daily.

I am looking for new or once fired 8mm Mauser ''Brass'', not steel casings. If any one has or sees any let me know. I would like 200 but can make do with less.
