I can't get the article to load. Can someone tell me how bad Illinois was rated? Was it dead-last? Or, are there any States considered worse than Illinois?
Thanks!

WI is # 25 but basing it on 2011 data. WI has open and concealed and Castle Doctrine. Only issue is 48 hr waiting period but that is minor.

CT rated worse than IL. No surprise, actually.

That would be a HUGE statement should Colt actually pack it up and move. 175 years of manufacturing and CT only has themselves to blame for it.. 600 jobs.. sheer stupidity. $1.6 Billion in economics.. Welcome to Oklahoma (I wish)

Welcome to Oklahoma (I wish) Be careful what you wish for. I grew up in California when it was very conservative with strong salt of the earth type values. Then they came.... So I moved to Texas, the bastion of strong economics and common sense. But they are coming...... I make the analogy that people poop in their own beds, then move somewhere else nicer - then proceed to do it again. No, I'm not kidding: 1200 per day coming here from California, demanding change and gradually getting it. It makes me think of locusts devouring everything in their path. No, I'm not talking about illegal immigrants. Marc

Marc I agree.. but I doubt if all the employees will make the move. I also agree about Texas. Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio are all turning a very deep blue.. It'll be like the US.. there'll be enough voters in those cities one day to make the rest of the state irrelevant. Just like there are enough in CA, NY, PA, IL, FL and OH and MI to take the election away from flyover country. Gov Perry needs to stop asking for CA businesses to move to Texas and get people who believe in Liberty and the Constitution to move there. And you're right.. they aren't illegals..
