Oh good grief... all the giggles just because the guys can easily use an empty bottle whereas the females cannot do so nearly as easily/reliably/conveniently...
There really is no good way for females to deal with the problem. I've actually wondered about the possibility of taking an old-fashioned metal bedpan, making a hole in it, affixing some sort of hose such that the connection was waterproof, and allowing the hose to dangle out the slightly-opened car door. I wouldn't have the first idea how to securely attach a hose, though. The other problem is that my head is already within an inch of the car ceiling, and that's with my seat cranked as low to the floor as it can go. If I sit on anything like this device, I must duck or find a way to integrate it into the existing seat.

About those female portable urinals... you can 0probably find them for sale at smaller airports. They are invaluable when you just gotta go but you're in a single engine airplane at cruising altitude.

Yes, I've seen those, others too, but they don't seem even close to a workable solution. Let's just say that if I was the driver at the time (and I nearly always am), using such a device would not be possible without getting out of the seat. If I'm going to do that, I might as well do the 2-door thing. No way could I hold a device like that in the proper place while sitting anywhere, and I know there will be spillage/leakage from the poor angle alone.

1-5: Park car in the grass on the side of the road, lock it, and take my family and B.O.B.s. Hike up a hill into the woods and stay just in visual range of my car. Light a small fire and wait for traffic to clear. Stay with my family.

You have with you the clothing you usually wear, the possessions you usually have with you, whatever is usually in your vehicle, your BOB(s), and nothing else. How do you deal with these different situations? 1. An elderly man two cars ahead of you slumps over in his seat. His wife starts screaming that she thinks he's having a heart attack. Do you/can you respond, or do you wait for someone else to? What do you do? 2. You suddenly hear gunshots, sounds like they're .22 caliber, you can't tell what direction they come from, and people in cars around you start yelling and panicking. What do you do? 3. You have been sitting there immobile for 4 hours, and now you really have to eat and drink. What do you have with you, and will it be enough? 4. A young terrified couple is stuck in the old Honda next to you. They have a little girl, maybe 3 years old, and now the child is crying and saying she's hungry and thirsty. It's pretty obvious the parents don't have anything with them. Do you help out? Can you and still have enough for your own group? 5. It's been six hours and now the day is fading. People have left their cars and been talking to each other, and you hear that a group of men is going to strike out, try to walk to the nearest town and see if they can figure out what's going on, maybe find a way out of the situation. Do you go with them or stay with your family and car? 1.I unfortantly do not carry aspirin in my car for this just IBU (which I think is bad in this case) I would do nothing because if I did I would make it worse. 2.If people are shooting, I'm gone. It tells me that they are getting desprate and how long will it be till they come at me? I don't want to wait. 3.I keep enough food for me and my son in my car for a day or so. Plus water, bagged and ready to run. (Not my actual BOB, but my get home kit) 4. I would probably try for some. Worse case is I leave the vehicle and find water else where. I would never let the water get too low and were I live there are a lot of streams and ponds. (I know Pond water is gross, but filtered and boiled its ok) but it would be a tight squeeze to make it happen. 5.I take my family and go with them. I wont separate from my family and my car is replaceable. I would like to know if this was wide spread.
