I like to tether my two kids together and set them lose on a crowd like a Spanish bola. Lol, good one.

Mrs S uses a leash on me quite often...and I for one am getting really tired of it. Tell her to ease up on the whip a little, that helps! The whip I don't mind so much....ummmm well....we better stop there. ;D

Thats funny Will. This was a wrist leash for both people. My girls were never a problem but my son! He liked to duck under the clothes racks at stores and play hide and seek. I called it hide and freak, he would hide and I would freak out until I found him. In the end I found the best way was to drop to the floor and look for the little pair of sneakers.

I used to be against the whole kid leash thing and then one of my friends had a daughter that is fearless. She leaves the house, wanders off, and has even run into traffic. I saw her do it at my house once. Just stepped out in front of a moving car. Their other kids don't do this and other than this weird quirk the kid is a good kid. She just has no fear. They have to lock the doors to keep her in otherwise she'll be at a neighbor's house quicker than you can say jack rabbit. She's old enough to understand when they tell her not to do it but she just has something in her head that doesn't get the danger. Knowing this family as well as I do it made me re-assess my judgement of parents that use these. I'm sure some probably don't need it but if there are any other kids out there like my friend's little girl then I completely understand why they do it.
