Lan, our Cambodian friends are the ones responsible for our use of garlic at home. I love the stuff and yes, it's a great addition to quinoa.

Well shoot, never heard of quinoa before this thread. Guess I'm gonna have to take a gander at it. Any taste ideas out there....no don't tell me it tastes like chicken.... Jimmy Quinoa is plain and has a fluffy texture. In the summer I mix in grilled veggies and chicken. It's good and healthy. Plus since it's a complete protein I started storing more of it. If you don't buy the pre rinsed type you will need to rinse it before cooking or it will be a little bitter.
