Dora Shiraro is your commissioner? If that is who I think it is, no wonder you all are in such a pickle. She used to be the Missouri Department of Corrections Director. Total flake liberal nutbag. She pretty much got ran out because of her stupid policies. That woman made it difficult for the state's Parole Officers to get armed. They had to go around her and get it done by legislation (even though there was already a provision for it) which the officer's association did. That woman is as anti-2A as it comes. She then went to work as the director of the St. Louis city jails until an escape by some inmates sunk that career path. I CAN NOT STAND that woman. She was no good to us here and sounds like she has only gotten worse. BTW, she is totally inept too. Dumb as a bag of wet hammers.
