I know he put the wire cable with it and I hit water at 140' and its cased to 200'. There are trusses over the pump and I have a 68 gallon bladder tank. I get 10 gpm.

That would be Grundfos. They make a wide range of pumps and there are many ways to set them up.
The amount of energy needed always boils down to how much water you are going to put into the pressure tank each day. Try to estimate your usage -add up stuff like showers, flushes, dish washing, laundry, etc.
Or you could put a little timer on the pump that adds up run time, then you would know exactly how much electricity it needs.
