3 qts tomato juice (never made that before hope it is good), 1 pt pickled peppers and dilly beans, and 2 gallon frozen flat (like a book) tomato sauce. All in till today!
Since I can't use a 7 qt canner on my glass top stove but only a 4 qt. canner, you can guess how long this took! But I am so grateful to get it all put up.
Amazingly, the harvest has just begun. Tons more on the vines. Peas done, pulling next week, beans coming AGAIN so more to eat (I freeze some but we just eat them up)
All organic, all from my garden. Whoosh with planning that pesky out of state wedding for DD#1, being gone 3 of the 4 last weekends, I feel like I am flying low here. Just keeping up with the wonderful crazy garden should be a job for 3 but no one to help here as DH still commuting 3 days per week to Milwaukee and also traveling.
We are now gone this week through Sunday to huge family wedding, then our celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary on the 30th and then DD's wedding on Sept 5th. So if I am absent and only "liking" your posts, that is why. Every minute is now in wedding mode or garden/canning mode.

Are you posting in your sleep and dreaming this stuff up LoL Congrats on the big 35 and DD's wedding. Oh yea, "On the Road Again"!! Too FUNNY CL! Well, this wedding was originally sposed to be in May but she decided Labor Day weekend -- amazingly. We were married on 8/30/80 Labor Day Saturday, DD#1 will be married on 9/5/15 Labor Day Saturday and DD#2 had her reception on 9/6/2014 Labor Day Saturday (earlier wedding on our dear son's birthday 8/9/2014 on St. Croix - date chosen by priest not us!) All luncheon receptions. Hard to believe they both chose this date and style. But they are/were younger than we were. DD#2 was 21 and DD#1 is 23. I was 25.
