Any boiled seafood, shrimp, crabs, crawfish, that I season myself, which is what cranked up this thread to begin with so I guess I came around full circle.

Mine was crawfish at a place in Ville Platte, LA. I could smell Tabasco from 10 feet away. It was the kind of place where you washed your hands before and after using facilities.

When I eat boiled seafood I need a wet towel near me, after a while shells and veins want to just cling on. Oh, even better is trying to fish out a piece of shell from my mouthful of food.

I made some awesome hot chili once and using duck breast for the meat. Jalapeno's, chili seasoning, cayenne, bell peppers, and some other lively fixins. Let's just say it was a firery bowl of goodness - both times! Lol.

Besides my hot peppered boiled seafood, I like jalapeno relish in my serving of gumbos and on hotdogs.

I don't mind hit and spicy but when you can no longer taste the flavor because of the heat it's gone too far. Otherwise just eat a jalapeño

Fresh ground Horse Radish for me! Horse radish is one item I can't acquire a taste for although I have tried a few times.
