archive.org/browse.php?field=subject&mediatype=texts&collection=military-manualsNot so much that any are new, but the index starts by subject then it lists all of the manuals tagged for that subject, and you pick the manual you want (free) the next screen you pick the format you want to download from the bottom right corner (for example text, PDF, Kindle) then the manual will download in that format and you save it where ever you want to put it I know its sounds like I am going into a lot of un-needed detail but the screens are kind of confusing

Particularly if you're a republican establishment politician evidently. Talk about tone deaf. However, not to hijack the thread, lots of good information in there when you're just looking for something to read.
