I've seen that before and it looks fairly simple. Wish he had shown his storage hookup.

he didn't include any of that info with the parts list just mentioned the components.
I got some different sizes of pillow block bearing sets, after we did our little wind mill proof of concept as bearings were the second fail point due to wobble issues
then I acquired basic plans around them for wind/water wheels for power and milling work
I like to use "what I have laying around" or might be able to get during an event and these bearings were one thing needed. The spindle and wheel with the bearing setup on an auto can also be adapted but gets considerably heavier.
bearings, gears and pulleys will be the "needs" items in adapting whats on hand to DIY projects when the hardware shop no longer exists.
and keep your eyes open. If your neighbor bugs out or gets overran by zombies, that solar panel set up on his house will work on yours too
