This board is set up only as a how-to and discussions for home canning (boiling water bath and pressure), dehydrating, salting, smoking, root cellaring, pickling, fermenting and freezing. Please post recipes in the Recipe board, not here unless it's necessary as an example to explain a procedure. Having recipes in the Recipe board will simplify searches. You may post links to articles on these subjects, but if you want to post copyrighted material, please only post a short excerpt and then a link, so we don't incur any legal problems.
