I have one, they work pretty good if you buy a good one, I have mine zip tied to my frame.

You will never get the exact tire pressure from one of these pumps. But it sure does the job for putting enough air in your tire to get to moving again. So yes it is worth having and have had mine for about 10 years with no problem.

i have one for the motorcycle tyre repair kit for when i run out of co2 bottles, in practice i can put about 30psi in a 210mm rear tyre which will alow you to get to somewhere with an air hose to finish the job

I would bet that the one you posted there is a good pump, Park Tool makes a quality product. But I've never used it so I can't say for certain. But what i can say for certain is that this one www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FI6XGC/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00 is awesome, it pumps up at bike tire in no time at all and they claim it will pump 165 psi, don't know about that but it will get my 26 x 2.65 inch tire to 60lbs surprisingly quickly and with very little effort!!
