Hi I am muds wife, I am new to prepping. some of it I find interesting and some of it I find to be a little bit nuts. Really, how many back packs do you need ?? I may be slightly bag obsessed, but he still has more backpacks than I do tote bags/purses. I am also a nurse, so one of my bags is now the medical bag. I know what he carries in his backpacks compared to what I carry in my everyday nurse bag is probably very different, except for the walkie talkie he put in my bag. ( Do I need a walkie talkie at work ??) I suppose I need to look at prepping the same way I do nursing. Hope for the best, expect the worst, and make sure you got all your crap together before you hit the floor, if not you spend the majority of the time running back and forth to the med room looking for something you desperately need for that patient and get the job done. Don't know how often I will be on here, but I will try to pop in often enough for ya to get to know me. I may lurk for a while but I will try to post as often as i can. :D

Welcome!!! LOL If i carried all the stuff my husband wanted me to the back of my SUV would be packed full. But until I think there is a reasonable threat where I might need a gas mask it's staying home. I try to have all the bases covered but focus on the most likelyscenarios. Glad you dropped in!

Awesome and hello. What kind of nurse are you? I thought I wanted to be a nurse until I started working in a hospital. No way I could do what you do day in and day out.

Welcome to the bunker ginzy! As Dink already stated, it's always nice to have another female by the campfire. Also, you're not alone on the bag issue but, I only keep one with me when out and about.
