A mini-mag, two knives, and a lighter. But then I don't travel far, and when I do I bring my GHB. When I'm out in the woods I bring the GHB as well, so I really carry little for EDC as I'm usually a five minute walk to my BIL.

my turn! my turn! lol. I made this video not long ago of the bag of goodies I have on me at most times, no guns here though, they aren't allowed so much. I am generally in my truck if I am out of the house (and generally within 200 feet of my truck at worksites or the mall etc) so there are a few things in there that would also be useful: couple Powerbars extra flashlight - 2milllion candlepower car cheargable my pruning saw (Silky Zubat 330) in a carbinered leather sheath 2 sets of raingear, one set of yellow rubber Carrharts and one set of Milsurp ACU digital goretex couple of trowels couple of microfiber towels 1-4 liters of water depening on whether or not I have my camelback travel size Purel (sanitizer and firestarter) personal first aid kit WCB level one first aid kit (about the size of a big purse, enough that I know how to use and not much I dont know how to use / dont need) empty backpack diamond sharpener a UST Sparkie - ferro rod gadget Fox 40 whistle Tarps: I am a landscaper, I roll with at least 6 of the 5x8' at all times. black (although thin) garbage bags, I usualy have at least 10 up to a full roll of 50. 2 high viz mesh vests More but I dont want to give away ALL my secrets.......
What I am thinking I could add: chow - ideas for the limited space in the EDC or stable enough to leave in the truck for a few months at a time? More water purification tablets, I think there are 6 or 10 liters worth of water filtering, I might add a filter straw another flashlight, maybe my 2AA Fenix then put the little Gerber in the glovebox as backup a few electrolyte mixes like Squincher for flavour and health reasons more cordage and maybe a couple woobie poncho liners under the back seat wouldnt hurt. a 'real' compass other than the button compass in the altoids tin
