I'm not sure which category this would fall under 'cause there is so much how to's and recipes on this site. It is an oldie goldmine I had posted before and does get updated. There are also sauce and ice-cream recipes. Directions take you through easy to understand steps. ADD ON: Scroll down the opening page a bit and the whole world of the site is staring you in the face all the way down the page. www.pickyourown.org/allaboutcanning.htms

You can't beat this site for home preservation nchfp.uga.edu/publications/publications_usda.htmlSome good recipes and variations on the internet but this gives you the basics and required safety techniques. The book So easy to Preservecontains most all the info on the web site and the 6th edition will be available in August. setp.uga.edu/I bought the book for a "hard copy" backup.
