Lamb chili
Made with my son's allergies in mind, but since he didn't really care for it I got to tuck in instead.
Four packs of ground lamb Salt to taste One yellow onion, diced Half a green pepper, diced Lots of ground red pepper (added after my son didn't care for it) Some leftover pasta sauce
Throw in the crock pot on low and forget about it until the house smells good.

I've done very little cooking the past couple of years. I lost my passion for most everything except fighting. That seems to get me moving. I suppose I'll have to "fight" the old recipe book to get back on track.

I have never liked Lamb, to me it just doesn't taste good, several people have said it was just the way it was fixed, but I didn't like the taste much when they fixed it either.
I prefer pork, even over beef.

In chili, I would rather have venison, then pork, then beef.
