Tiz the problem when an auxillary rally point isn't established beforehand! We have created a minimum of two rally points within 1/2 mile of each members residence. At least one on higher ground and one lower. High for flooding low for fire to evade smoke. The rally points each have a small cache which besides the basics includes a five mile range walkie talkie and paper and pen. If you get to the rally point you will have shelter, water, fire, food and communication. If someone has reached a rally point and needs to move they will leave a coded note where they went.
