the dinner today will be this! Sheep heads, as I said yesterday there's gonna be a feast of sorts here, and we are cooking up 13 heads, and a shitton of potatoes, and all to be swiveled down with premium good beer good good The way you, prepare/store/aquire these heads, is pretty simple, you slaughter a sheep, cut off the head, and let it sit in a place where there's a draught and a bit chilly temps about 5-13Celcius colder is perfectly ok as well but they will have stay tehre longer then, you let them stand in the draught for about two weeks with some salt sprinkled into the open wound. After two weeks or so, depends on temperatures and how fermented you want them etc, (it's a desicion based on smell) then you cut off as much wool as possible, and burn of the rest of the hairs, wash the heads in some water, and saw them in two. Tada! ready to eat, after you boil them for half an hour or so, again this is something which is up to the individual. Bon Appetit! going to be a blast tonight

Different cultures different worlds.. and maybe if the meat was removed before I knew what I was eating I might enjoy it.. just don't tell me UNTIL AFTER I've already eaten it.. I know it's great, in some countries but I have to tell you over here in NE Oklahoma, Yeah we pretty much don't have that on any sort of a regular basis.. actually we pretty much don't have any sheep in my neighborhood.. and the sheep are thankful..
