Woody, as noted, that ruling that they allowed to stand only affects states within the 9th circuit. Those are:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
It directly conflicts with the Heller and if another circuit rules either way (for Heller or for Jackson) then there will be a huge outcry. Should've ruled with Heller but they are a bunch of stupids.

One small issue... MY house MY rules.... I have the ability to place my hand on a loaded weapon in any room in my house and that will not change no matter what any DA happens to say... and DA does not refer to a District Attorney unless applicable!
