A few weeks ago I found a link to an interesting article and discovered it was written by my ground fighting instructor from when I lived in Ohio. Greg now has his own website where he writes and compiles articles on self defense related topics. I signed up to get his updates and have not been disappointed so I thought I would pass it on. if I still lived in Ohio I would be taking a lot of his classes. he was one of the best instructors I had and a great guy.

Yes, indeed. I went back and dug deeper since I posted. I guess that something about his approach matches what I need.
