They are testing cheap single ties, not actual ''custody'' type double cuffs. Big difference. Best to resist at all costs before they get them on you, or your probably a goner.

The ones of variant sizes I scored recently are of cheaper quality I'm sure. However, if I do need to use them as restraints I can always double or triple up to add to grief of being restrained to begin with. Now if I'm the one restrained, cheap or not, I may have trouble escaping.
