Some years ago I had some very good friends here. I learned and laughed a lot and ultimately threw it all away when I insulted people and the beliefs I actually now hold myself.
While I was a member here I was probably the most hate-filled I'd ever been. From around aged 17-24 I wasn't just an atheist, I was anti-theist. I despised everything religious and sought to undermine and mock it at every opportunity.
Well, I guess it's funny how the tables turn because now I'm hoping to marry a Godly woman and am considering seminary to become a Pastor.
Some may remember my name and I've seen some familiar faces already. I just wanted to touch base, extend an apology and send you all my regards whether I'm allowed to stay or not.
I've only just started appreciating the outdoors again so it'd be nice to be able to stay and share my journey with you all but that's out of my hands.
Finally, I apologise if this post is considered disruptive as it brings up the past.
Yours in the Lord,
Fallkniven

Well, the Apostle Paul used to kill Christians until that whole road to Damascus thing! Soooo, welcome back. Hopefully, you weren't made blind to see like he was.
Just more proof God qualifies the called, not the other way around.....

Just more proof God qualifies the called, not the other way around..... Amen to that. Whenever I meet someone that thinks they've done too much bad to have God in their life I remind them of Saul on his way to persecute Christians.

Well it goes like this sha. I have my religious beliefs and others have theirs. I'll make a deal with you, if you don't preach to me we'll get along fine. Welcome Back! PS Congrats on the upcoming nuptials.

Thanks all.
Exhausted today but I can't sleep. The UK is voting on leaving the European Union and it's a huge decision. Votes are being counted after the polls closed. It's expected to be incredibly close either way with the prediction of a Remain vote winning, but the first 5 of 382 polling stations have been counted and Leave is ahead by a hair.
Really praying and hoping we leave.

Well you haven't pissed me off yet. I don't recommend it. I've got a whole battalion of ticks and they know how to swim! Just kidding. Welcome back.

When I first saw you, I had no idea your name was the same as a brand of knife. I think we've all learned some things in the interim. Good to have you back!

I do remember you. Glad things are looking up for you. Welcome back. Thanks Hoping to attend seminary in Kentucky so while I'm closer I'll have to order a knife while it's cheaper shipping!
