......trying to get to that RG realm....I bought a Hi-Point carbine....

Model 4595. 45 acp. 9 round magazine. Pistol grip. All the fancy mounting rails.

Dang thing goes bang everytime I pull the trigger. 4 different bullets and all fed and shoot perfectly (nearly 200 rounds). And out to 50 yards it held two inch grouping.

All for the price of $240 out the door, brand new.....

I'm smitten with it. Put a grip on it that has a 500 lumen light and a nice red/green dot sight. Heck I got dang near as much in the grip and sight as I do the gun.

I'm thinking it's gonna be a good one.

And then maybe not....

I like how the light is in the base of the forward grip. I have never had a chance to handle one, but my SIL is itching for one in 9mm.
