By trying to be agressive with my blood pressure they got it too low last night.
I got up to go to bathroom and fell. Hit my head, right shoulder, right ribs, right hip and right knee.
I don't remember falling, crapping everywhere, the ambulance coming or the trip to the hospital.
All I know is I woke up there about 3 this AM feeling like I had been beat with a ball bat.
BP too low, blood to thin and acute Hypomagnesemia weakness
"Deficiency of magnesium can cause tiredness, generalized weakness, muscle cramps, abnormal heart rhythms, increased irritability of the nervous system with tremors, paresthesias, palpitations, low potassium levels in the blood, hypoparathyroidism which might result in low calcium levels in the blood, chondrocalcinosis, spasticity and tetany, migraines, epileptic seizures, basal ganglia calcifications and in extreme and prolonged cases coma, intellectual disability or death.[4] Magnesium plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism and its deficiency may worsen insulin resistance, a condition that often precedes diabetes, or may be a consequence of insulin resistance.[5]"
the 50 mg in my multi vitamin wasn't being absorbed due to the meds to keep down my BP and make me pee
but i think if someone has a bp of 210/100 most of the time, suddenly dropping it to 123/56 they may have problems, goals are good to have but i think they are better reached in steps.
ok and home

Dang it woody. Man I hate to hear that. Glad you’re back home. Those docs need to get on the same page before they mess you up. Hang tough my friend.

Woodyz I'm so glad you're okay, more or less and resting at home instead of in the hospital. It seems your life is constantly on a merry-go-round. I truly wish you could keep it going in the opposite direction and only good healthy results came from it. Take care my friend, God bless, and continued prayers.

B-Pressure and B-Sugar in control but it took some changes to meds and even when I take them, to get them so I could control B-Thinner at the same time.
They had to change seven meds and dosing to get something that would control all three and my heart and allergies too.
Had my B-pressure too low to start with, its OK to target a lower pressure but they have to do it in steps, not all at once.
B - Thinner was at 9+ when I went to hospital, 10 is dead, but it has been 2- last two times i had it checked and lower then 1.8 I have strokes from blood clots forming on my plastic heart valve, so I need to find where 2.5 to 3 is and stay there.
I knew the meds deplete my potassium but didn't know about my magnesium which was at 1 and needs to be at 5, so I am taking supplements for both now.
