Tight fit for 9mm Sig. Do you have suggestions on how to loosen a holster? I like the tightness but it's a little too new and it's a little too tight. How do you 'lube' up a holster to make it easier to pull and replace the firearm?

If its leather neats foot oil should do the trick or boot or any other leather conditioner you can find wold do well also.

I think Crash would be the guy to ask about this. It seems like a while back there was a form fitted custom holster. It was formed by soaking the leather in hot water and then putting the fully wrapped gun in it and then allowing it to shape to the pistol. The gun was wrapped all up with saran/plastic wrap to protect the finish.
I've not done this so someone that has would be better to give a definite answer this is just what I remember. It was a way cool looking holster though, I do remember that!

This holster is leather and is already form fitted to the pistol. It fits fine, it's just real tight. Maybe the neats foot oil will do the trick.
