Had me some VENISON STEAKS for supper, a little over done, but the wife is out of practice on venison. Got it off a guy bow hunting, cooked up with some onions and a thick gravy over a baked potato. Got quite a bit, so she will get better at it with practice. I haven't hunted any deer in a long time, but I'll take all the guy wants to give.
