I just received a new rock-sling from Kevin -- The Paracordist. It's a quality hunting sling made from camo-colored 550 paracord.
Multi-use?
When that truck hit me last year, it crushed my face in and damaged the optic nerve to my right eye. The eyeball itself is healthy, but without the optic nerve it only sees black. With the blind eye open, my brain superimposes a field of black from the right eye with the normal image from the left eye. But (and this is wierd) if I close or cover the blind eye, the dark haze over the field of vision disappears and the vision in the left eye becomes sharp and crisp. To keep what's left of my vision as clear as possible, an eye patch works wonders.
Kevin's paracord sling also makes a great eye patch! HA! Multi-use!

If you see a rabbit with the one good eye, take off the patch, load a rock, and harvest some dinner!

As soon as my shoulder gets fixed, I'll be practicing with my new sling for physical therapy! Watch out Bugs...here comes Elmer Fudd!
