That's kinda tongue in cheeck My grandson, Xander, is having his birthday party in our backyard today. Sam and I have been busting our butts to get the new poolside deck up and painted and the above-ground pool up. Well, it's done - - except the pool still needs about 3 more feet of water! LOL! We are SOO tired, it's difficult to walk, breathe and think at the same time. . . . but the look on his face last night when we told him that he and his friends would be able to go swimming - - priceless! I had hoped to get in a nap today, but DD wants help getting ready for the party. So - - I'll sip my coffee and will get around to it. BTW - - coffee's on and is especially good this morning - - help yourselves, but bring something to share! I want cheese danish!! ;D

Now Crash, that's a great idea.. maybe the Kardashians will do it with all the babies they're having. Or maybe the 33 year old male with the 30 children from 11 women could do it... I'd almost watch just to see if he could remember the kids' names.... or maybe if he could remember the names of the 11 women.. lol

That is so true, Thywar! And thank you, all, for the great and warm welcome!
Well, we survived the party. Ten kids and three adults in the pool. . . wow! Then the traditional south Texas bashing of the pinata, followed by hot dogs and chips, and finished with cake and ice cream. It seemed like a great time was had by all! And I'm determines to keep the backyard as clean and well kept as it was for the party, so help me!!
Goal for today - - - sleep as much and as long as I want! Good night!! ; ]
