I can get fat wood fer lessen $3.50 fer 4 pounds. That be what Maya Dust be, fatwood sawdust. Well I took a stick a my fatwood an a utility knife an scraped the fatwood inta nice shavins. In bout 10 er 15 minutes I had two tins a my own Maya Dust fer just pennies! Look sumtin like this: A few minutes time will save ya some cash fer other preps!

I'm gonna have to make me up some tins, just in case. It cost me $4.00 for 2lbs of Honduran All Natural Fatwood. I have been splitting them up and use them to start my wood stove. There is lots of pine up here but I haven't gone out to look for any fatwood. Guess I should get off my lazy duff and get out there, be good exercise and I could save some money. Jim

Woodyz, that first link takes me right back to this topic, the second one was very informative, thanks. I think I have a lot of those stumps on the back my property in FL. Will have to check them out in OCT when I head back down. I am staying away from them magnesium engine blocks. Jim
