...my friend Kelley from church says, "Want a Dillon Aero progressive press? Have to use your own dies though." Uhhh, let me see.... ...uh, how 'bout "yes!" Now I have a used but, very nice Dillon 550 minus only dies (which I have at home). He got a new one and just wanted his old one to find a good home. Saying "thanks" didn't quite cover it sooo, I think a trip to the range (on me of course) is in order!

Their warranty is rock solid. I had a 550 in a cache that failed years back. It was rusted to ruin. I called them up and told them it had gotten flooded and rusted up to the point of being unusable and asked how much it would cost to have them refurb it.
They took down my information, checked their records that I had indeed purchased it from them, then told me they would send one out to me on warranty service.
5 days later a brand new 550 was at the door, no charge to me. Their no BS warranty is just that, no BS.

RCBS treated me the same with a Rock Chucker, I inquired about needing to replace the ram and they sent me a whole new press. Now when I store my reloading equipment I take out the rams and store them and the dies with a good coat of axle grease. It is a lot easier to blow away the grease with compressed air than it is to have to throw it away. It doesn't take much rust to ruin a die or a ram.
For shotgun reloading I am still using a Hornady 366 I have had for years. A little big to pack around but once you get it to cranking out the shells I can load a lot in a hurry.

Dillon is jam up!!!!! I've got the 550 B and there's no looking back!!!! RCBS is on point also...I called them to order a few replacement decapping pins and the guy on the phone asked me if it was the old style (strait pin/non directional) or new style (flared/ directional)...I told him I was not sure but that I could walk out to the shop to see and he said "No need to do that...I see you've got both styles of dies for that caliber...I'll take care of it from here." 4-5 days later there was a small RCBS box delivered that had 5 of each style pin, at no cost to me...not for the pins or the shipping!!!!
