Today was windy over cast and 50 some degrees It had rained most the night so the woods was soft and quite. It was the perfect day to spend in the woods. Made fire cooked some food drank some tea and just enjoyed the day ;D

I do the same with the plastic utensils. I bet I have 300 sporks from bojangles. Also I ask at gas stations and see if they have any books of matches. Looks like a good day to me. Thanks for taking us along.

Thanks for taking us along. That brought back memories gas stations that gave out book matches. Washed your windshield checked your tires and under your hood, pumped your gas. Even gave out stamps that you collected and redeemed for merchandise. The only stamp I remember were the S&H green stamps. Them sure were the good old days.

We also had a Gold Bond brand stamp. Mercy I have licked a lotta stamps at grannys house. I still have a ''neon'' desk lamp bought with green stamps back in 1967 when I was in seventh grade for my home work desk. Still works like a champ to. Made in America used to mean quality.
