Hi
I remember back on survivaltopics, there was a topic about the Ontario SP8. Someone was recommending another kind of Machete over the SP8, but I don't quite remember which one it was. The user (I think it was WC) in question had two and swore by them when he was in the wild.
If any of you remember, I'd really like to know!
Thanks!

If you are paying $150.00 for a machete you probably don't need one.

WILL & sctr22: Thanks for the links! woodyz : That's why most machete aren't that expensive I suppose. I manage to find the link and the title, but I can't find a way to view the page as it was. It isn't on Archive.org or webcache of Google. SP-8 machete or BK7/9 survivaltopics.com/forums/knives-blades/24214-sp-8-machete-bk7-9-a.htmlAs far as I can remember, it wasn't the BK7/9 that I was looking for, but another suggestion from a user. I looked like a big knife rather then a machete.

As I remember WC was a huge fan of the SP8 but I think he found something else he likes. Just can't remember. Maybe he'll show up and let us know.

Yep, that was me. The RTAK-IIIt's lighter than the SP8, Longer, and seems to work better. WC
