Well made it out today and got started setting up camp. It's a great place with some good fishing and plenty of firewood. I seldom see another person when I'm down here. I set up the lean to and have a reflector for my fire that I dug out of the ground a few years ago. I've been coming to this place for about 40 some years

That piece of metal should reflect a lot of heat, good score! What color is the tarp you use, I was thinking a camo one would be good.

One thing about Ohio it's hard to go anyplace that doesn't have some kind of trash laying around. Thing is I don't see trash I only see items that can be very useful to the survivor that has a keen eye. |

yeah when you are out it is all good stuff if you can use it we where out all summer one time on the beach got a lot of the beach
made net beds with lumber and net to keep use off the wet ground worked great

Well...how is it progressing? Right now i'm staying away because of deer season. Two things I would hate to happen,one getting shot, two interfering with someone deer hunting. It's just easier for me to wait until after deer gun season. After that the shelter is back on, tomorrow I may go back to my first shelter no hunting there  |
