I was at my mom and dads about a week ago after deer hunting and my dad comes out with these two knives as I am getting ready to leave. His comment was that he hoped I could use them on my next deer harvest. I gladly accepted them and gave him a huge daddy/son hug!!! I will be the first to say that I am not a fan of China made knives but will say that 10 minutes after I got them home, they were both shaving hairs off of hairs!!! In fact they took such a good edge that tonight as I took them out of the boxes to take these photos...hairs just started jumping off my arm and I did not even have them out of their sheathes yet!!!! LOL ;D I will gladly use them on my next harvest and will be passing these down to my own son one day. Schrade Model# 1430TO Schrade Model# 450T

More important than what they are is where they came from. Very nice.

More important than what they are is where they came from. Very nice. No doubt! I've got quite a few knives around here that are American made and a few customs....but I grant you this...these will be used on the next harvest!!! Trace has already been eying the 143OTO...

More important than what they are is where they came from. Very nice. Well said Crash and I couldn't agree with you more. A very nice keepsake from your dad who knows you will take care of them and make great use of them.

I have the skinner and it has cleaned many deer over it's life. the last three have been completely processed with a Mora clipper. As stated above, the best part is the source! enjoy them
