Back in march I posted about the blade failure of the BG Gerber Parang we got Brad for Xmas. Blade had a 3 inch section in middle of blade break. after several emails I finally recieived the new replacement from Gerber along with a new Gerber obsidian and a 20$ gift card toward the purchase of any gerber product.
The letter I recieved was short & polite and apologized for the inconvience....

Since when does a lack of preparedness on your part constitute an Emergency on mine?
