Geron and kutkota, do you recommend a certain place to buy the Fenix LD20 where I can order at a reasonable price?

I have a few tines since I bought mine seen them at the 49 price. You have to jump on them. On the highest power the battery discharges quickly. Constant on ivwould say you have a max of twenty minutes. The lower powers are great for battery life though. Great light and relativly easy to carry. Runs on AA and I have about ten lifetimes of AA so no worries for myself atleast.

So the switch on my 5.11 atac L1 was acting strange, I emailed 5.11,they are sending a new switch at no charge/no questions. I am now a very loyal happy customer. I highly recommend 5.11

Well its been almost an hiur with no noticeable difference in output at high power. Maybe I had some bad batteries. It s regulated so it should run at roughly the same output until the "critical" point is ht and then a fast downhill slide.

Here's mine. Just a coleman light I picked up a few years ago. Paid about 12 bucks for it. Runs on triple A. Not sure how long they last, I've only changed them 2 or 3 times. 20130306_212645 by IzzyWest, on Flickr

It was very unscientific though. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
