finally got something today i have wanted for a while now. a taurus 905. its a revolver and it fires 9mm. i had wanted another handgun, but wanted a revolver, so i got the best of both worlds since im stocked on 9mm. cant wait to take it out and try it at the range!

Does it require the clips in the cylinder? If so, can you get more?
Just wondering.

Jimmy the clips help with extraction. the cylinder is made so that the shell will drop in, and hit a lip to hold it in. it can be fired without. i didnt realize that myself until i really started digging for information on the gun. you can buy more clips for it, i plan to get a bunch, as its like a speedloader and it holds your empties all together. ive heard that they can be iffy with reloads though.

so i finally got to fire this little thing today. its a blast to shoot. i liked shooting it single action, i got too jumpy double action. but thats just my shooting. maybe 5-7 yards, it is very accurate. i love this little thing. shooting without the moon clips is no problem, though some empties may be a bit harder to remove. just keep a short length of dowel in your pocket to help with removal. id say i had just 2 or 3 that require more than one try to remove after firing.
overall, very very happy with it. the two others that shot it enjoyed it too. no issue at all with the factory sights. if you find one for a decent price, pick it up.
