Hey y'all Was at Academy Sports last Tuesday and picked up this cute little light as a backup for my EDC light (Ultrafire 502b) . Not much bigger than a AAA battery @ 2.9 x .06 $ less than 1.3 oz. This little light is a powerhouse! It is brighter than my first Surefire (65lumens) with 2 cr123's. It's rated @ 53 lumens on high / 6lm o. Low. Runs times are spec'ed @ 1.3 hrs high & 26 hrs low. Did test on high with Duracell & got 1.9 & replaced with. We battery Friday night b4 bed and got 32 hrs on low. Light throws heck of a beam that is very clean with no trash or halo effects. Has momentary on/ off switch w/ twist for steady burn time. It's built rugged and I put it to the Grandkids test....still going I took a small ranger band attached it to my neck knife (Kabar BK13) with the supplied S-biner and a prusik knot as a safety line . Light hugs kydex sheath without covering any part of knife or interfering g with drawing or rehstering blade. I plan on doing an update on my EDC load out on my YouTube channel in the next week or so and with give a short review of all items in it, including the XS:) After my 1st week of using it my initial impression is "BUY ONE!"

ok, I used this thing for a solid week and still as bright as day I put new battery in it. I have it attached to my necknife so acess is fast and easy. I have not touched my primary EDC light so a to test this ones usefulness and durability. So far I am impressed! Steady beam brightness, no "artifacts or Halo", Just clean white light with great visibilty. I just orderd another one from Amazon for Vicky & Bradley. One another note , I also ordered a new light from Ultrafire(makersof my primary EDC light)to possibly replace my primary light. It it the XM1 Cree-T6 with focusable zoom andoperates on "3"... count them "3' different battery types! 1x26650 or 1x18650 or 3 AAA's! I like this because now my EDC/work light can now go in my bug-out stuff as I am not limited to the charging base @ home for power supply. I can replace with AAA''s carriedin B.O.B.with solar recharger. (ALLmy stuff in both B.O.B. and G.H.B's are AAA powered...lights, GPS, mp3/amfm radio, gmrsradios, etc and solar recharger for AAA's) I do a review on it assoon as it arrives.....for all of us "FLASHAHOLICS" "Life's tough...Its even tougher if your stupid"
