To be clear....this link is for an ad for land....that is an error, and has been sold.
I found this yesterday, and called right away....only to get a voice mail.
66 acres w/ Amish cabin for $35,000.....What a deal, right?

Well called back today, and read off the ad, and wanted to just give the guy my credit card and buy it on the spot....I'll be out to look at it this week end.
I was wrong, full price was like $190000 bucks.....no well or septic.
Real estate guy says that it was sold anyway...didn't know why it was listed so low.
I was wondering if it was haunted....or on a burial ground....or some one had mineral rights, and were gonna dig it up..... or what?
So he asked what I was looking for....I I said 66 acres for $35K.....LOL
But I HAD to call....wouldn't you?
