Has anybody tried Crayola for fire ? I saw it on FB and decided to give it a try....I watched it burn for a good 8 minutes with big flame under windy condition. Will see if I can actually get it to burn for 30 minutes like the person claims. Ok, found this video on youtube Attachments:

I have melted peeled crayons into white melted wax in order to make colored candles. Looking at the video, it was clear he wasn't going to get the crayon lit unless he lit the label. I'm a little surprised it lasted as long as it did, and I wonder why the rest of it didn't melt and quench the flame.

He obviously didn't buy the crayolas with the wick inside. I wouldn't use them for a candle.. I might use them as a fire starter.
