That's pretty cool tj, thanks. Looks like I'm good in Arkansas, they repealed and the "stupid" laws in 2011 and now if it's a blade it's legal here...good deal.

It appears you can own just about anything in Oklahoma.. but it also appears you can't leave your house with it. Not sure how you get it home
•It is illegal to conceal or open carry any “offensive weapon”
As the no carry law states that it is illegal to carry a weapon, “upon or about” the person, Oklahoma’s no carry law extends to items carried in a vehicle, not just on a person.

Missouri is pretty straight. That said, anyone care to guess the most common stabbing weapon? Yep, screwdrivers still lead the league.

Good link.
I found ours interesting. While they amended switchblades, they left in "slung shots"? and "metallic" knuckles. Is a slung shot different from a sling shot and why the h would that be illegal to carry? I can make knuckles out of plastic thats just about as tough as a lot of metals out there. I wonder if they are illegal?
159:16 Carrying or Selling Weapons. Whoever, except as provided by the laws of this state, sells, has in his possession with intent to sell, or carries on his person any [stiletto, switch knife,] blackjack, [dagger, dirk-knife,] slung shot, or metallic knuckles shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and such weapon or articles so carried by him shall be confiscated to the use of the state.
A quick bing search reveals a slung shot as a weight on the end of a flexible piece of cord or chain. Huh. Everyday is a learning experience.

CT says you can own whatever you want, but carrying the knife is far more restrictive.
