As much as I like my Glock model 22 its hard to conceal, so I've been saving for a Glock model 27 generation 4, finally got to buy it today. Nice compact .40 cal. has new 2 spring recoil set up, reversable magazine ejecter, coarse grip on handles and 4 different back straps for the back of the grip, 9 shot magazine comes with 3 mags. This will be my new cold weather EDC. Any one else have a model 27? If so give me some feed back. Thanks.

Well done graf, hope it brings you many days of comfort in the sense you have something more concealable and hope you never have to use it.

Well done graf, hope it brings you many days of comfort in the sense you have something more concealable and hope you never have to use it. I thought I posted earlier this evening. Musta hit the wrong button: I like my 27. Bought it for the wife but she preferred the 23 . . . go figure. Right now the 27 is my "dresser" gun. Got a 23 mag with a spacer in it for the extra rounds. Put the Crimson Trace grip laser on it since it'll sit on the dresser most of the time. Don't like the laser. If you forget it's on there and rack the slide you'll likely skin you fingers!!!! Ouch. Don't ask How I Know... When I carry it I pull the laser off and replace the 23 mag with a a 27 mag. Normally use the Serpa level 2 paddle which works well in the winter and is not bad in the summer with a loose shirt over it. Hey! It's a Glock . . . can't mess with "perfection.!!"

My hand is too big for the 27.. 10mm in a 20, .40 in 22 Gen 4, .40 in a 23 Gen 4 If I was going to buy a Glock that's what I'd want. Any of those
Although I agree with Geron.. 'perfection' makes one happy.
PS.. Graf, I'm glad you got the pistol you wanted though.. Good job and congrats.. It's a fine shooter they say.

I have a 27 and love it. I used to cary it as a secondary in an ankle holster. Now is what I carry with my CCW all day long and never had a problem with it. Enjoy it ! Btw, dont go trigger happy if you cant get the ammo.

I like the full sized 22. That said, the 27 is easy-peasy to carry and is a fine gun. I personally am always inclined to tell people to use the gun THEY like and are comfortable handling. If you like it then I like it for you. When you tear up that 5 ring, get some pics up ok?

Well made it to the range yesterday, shot 50 rounds in the model 27, really like this pistol. I like my Glocks, easy stripping to clean, I have never had one jam, and they function in poor conditions.

No pics I would have looked liked a dork taking pics at the range, not much for bragging on my shooting skills I figure I would leave that for folks with something to prove.

I like the Glock 27 and packed one in my Right Front pocket for 3 years and it was never spotted. A VERY good pistol that you can use full size mags if needed. My reload was a full size Glock 22 Magazine. VERY cool.
