Good find. I think pellet guns are a good resource, although I don't have any pistols, sounds like a good idea as long as it will reach a tree rat or a rabbit. The rifles get a little more foot #s but 625 should do the job if it will carry 25 to 30 yards. The rifles I have will penetrate 1/4 inch plywood at 25 yards so I figure that works for me. Practicing with a pellet gun is also so much cheaper than even a .22
