Did you eat 'em? I've had squirrel exactly one time (part of my all too brief education on the family farm in IN) and was amazed that, except for the shape and size of the bones, I could not distinguish the taste from that of chicken.

Yum! Pot fried squirrel with onions, bell peppers, Tony Chacheries and a little wine served with beans and rice and cornbread. Chase out the dogs, good eating at it's finest. Great video OT.

Like mine browned, then cooked and smothered in gravey on a bed of rice or mashed taters and some french bread....YUMMY!!
