Well my Kershaw Brawler died last night. It was my E.D.C. The torsion bar in it snapped in half. I went to their website and filled out teh contact us form which includes info on warranty and replacement parts. It appears things like torsion bars, pocket clips, and screws are replaced for free. We'll see. I like the knife but I wonder how often this will happen.

I need to figure out what I want in an E.D.C. folder. Hmmm.......

Kershaw Customer Service ROCKS!!! I only just contacted them today. They already replied and are sending out the new torsion bar.
